Step 1. Plug in OBD Cable

Plug in the Cloud7 OBD cable to the vehicle

Step 2. Connect the Cloud7 to your WiFi network

  1. After a few seconds, the orange LED, located at the upper left corner of the Ethernet port, will light up constantly: the Cloud7 is now ready.
  2. At the same time, the green LED at the top right will flash slowly (900ms on/off): the Cloud7 WiFi module is online and ready to connect to a network.
  3. Search for the Cloud7 with your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone via the WiFi settings and connect.
  4. Open the web browser on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and type in the address bar connector.help and connect the Cloud7 to the preferred network.
  5. The green LED flashes quickly (300ms on/off): the Wifi Network is set up and the Cloud7 is trying to connect.
  6. The green LED will flash even faster (100ms on/off): the Cloud7 is connected to the WiFi network and is trying to connect to the Cloud7 Diagnostics server.
  7. The green LED is constantly on: the Cloud7 is connected to the Cloud7 Diagnostics server.

Step 3. Login and connect to Cloud7 Diagnostics

Note: the Cloud7 must be connected to a vehicle in order to establish communication. Without a connected car, the Cloud7 will not be able to connect to a network.

  1. Now that the Cloud7 is ready for use, go to cloud7.obd.help via the browser of your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and use the login data supplied to you.
  2. Select the desired service/s in the menu and follow the steps shown on the screen.
